Rocking a pair of sunglasses like nobody's business, Charles will be found doing pretty much every job in our Jungle of Bird. Shaking drinks, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, painting walls & much more. Multitudes of experience across all hospo sectors makes him the true utility player.
Giz comes to us after cutting his teeth at some of Birmingham's fine institutions such as Island Bar and The Jekyll and Hyde and brings his unshakeable and infectious charm behind the stick entertaining guests. Not bad for someone named after looking like a gremlin at birth.
